Welcome to our *NEW* HEEL FIT GROUP TRAINING PROGRAM! This is an inclusive, community oriented training program designed to enhance fitness through a focus on strength, power, aerobic capacity and joint mobility training. Our goal is to provide all participants with an comprehensive and fun training program! We invite everyone regardless of background, gender identity, or ability to join our fitness community!


PRE-REGISTRATION:
- We allow pre-registration for any of our Group Training classes up to 1 week in advance of each class
- We ask that all pre-registered participants arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of the class
- Unable to arrive 5 minutes early? All pre-registration spots already full? You are welcome to drop-in to any of our Group Training classes if space allows!

PRE-REGISTRATION PROCESS:
STEP #1: LOGIN = In the upper right hand corner with your UNC login information
STEP #2: MEMBERSHIP = Confirm that you have purchased your Group Training Membership Pass already - visit go.unc.edu/heelfitpass to purchase your pass (both Semester and Day Pass Options are available)
STEP #3: SELECT CLASS = Choose the date/time of your class & proceed to checkout
STEP #4: REGISTRATION CANCELLATION = If you are unable to attend, you have until 30 minutes prior to the class to cancel your registration...Click on USERNAME (upper right corner) > PROFILE > PROGRAMS > REGISTRATION > CANCEL

SPRING 2020 CLASS SCHEDULE:
- Monday/Wednesday: 7:30am, 12:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
- Tuesday/Thursday: 8:00am, 12:30pm, 4:00pm, 5:30pm
- Friday: 12:30pm, 4:00pm
