Program Details

Want to start strength training and beat gym-timidation? With their coach, participants will learn how to use barbells, kettlebells, and dumbbells to focus on strength, mobility, and stability. This class will leave you feeling strong, confident, AND ready to structure and implement your own workouts. All fitness levels are welcome, but this class is for ladies and female-identifying friends only!

Program Overview = 5 weeks, 10 sessions

REGISTRATION PROCESS
STEP 1: Login with your UNC ONYEN & Password (click the LOG IN button on the upper right hand corner)
STEP 2: Select class and click Register
STEP 3: Checkout and confirm that you recieved an emailed receipt confirmation

Pricing:
- Student = $55
- Non-Student Members = $75
